深圳市杜因特半导体有限公司，是国家高新技术企业，深圳专精特新企业，总部位于深圳坂田，致力于功率器件的研发、销售，主要产品为：MOSFET。

公司技术团队曾是国内头部功率器件公司的核心研发人员。目前拥有3个芯片设计组、5个晶圆厂流片平台、投资合作10多个封装厂，整合了晶圆设计、流片、封测、应用整个产业链的资源，为广大电子设计从业者提供稳定产品供应、精准的器件选型和灵活高效的服务!

公司MOSFET产品类型丰富，有Trench、Planar、SGT、Super-Junction各工艺产品可供选择，封装齐全，参数范围跨度大，产品能满足国内绝大部分应用MOSFET的场合。公司近两年布局的SIC产品，部分已经量产。

产品广泛应用于电机驱动(电动家电、航模无人机、电动工具，气泵水泵、电调等)、电源充电(PD快充、移动电源、开关电源、适配器、无线充、逆变器、UPS等)、锂电保护、LED照明、雾化器、TV等。
